Description

The five game road trip is a good opportunity to try a few different line combinations. We need to see if Gauthier can "run" with Kreider and Zibanejad (otherwise give Pajuniemi a shot). Keep Laf-Str-Goo together for a while more to see if their success was a fluke. Chytil and Kaapo have played well together in the past. Lets see what the addition of Panarin does to them.

Nothing is set in stone but these five games could tell alot about who should stay and who should go

I agree and I like the lines you listed! If the young players can step up and the Strome, Goodrow, Laffy line is for real... it would be great for the Rangers to roll out three lines that are able to consistently put the puck in the net. Not to mention how well the 4th line is playing.

Would be nice to see if they can get rid of these covid cases. They did so well staying healthy before the holidays.
