i would argue that since byfield is a 2nd oa pick 2 years out of draft and yet to play in the big leagus with prior injury, they would want more assets with high value than just one blue chip. Chytil is a middle 6 with potential, krav is a 1st round pick winger with upside, robertson has top4 upside. 2022 1st and 2 2nds adds more value. Id maybe add another 1st instead of 2 2nds and add a prospect/player like bedard or blais.
Everyone over values their prospects.
Kings fan certainly over value Bayfield.
The talent of the 2021 draft I understand was about equal to the 2017 draft.
If a GM offered 2 first round picks, Chytil, Kravtsov and Berard, I would imagine Blake would take it.
That is just about what Jack Eichel returned.

Power for this: Lambos, Carson; Dumba, Matt; Kähkönen, Kaapo; 2022 1st round pick (MIN); 2023 2nd round pick (MIN) and 2022 3rd round pick (MIN)
I said I would take the trade because IMO if Power could produce as well as Dumba had, that would great.
Most Sabre ACGM's hatted the trade.
I compared it to the Eichel trade:
Dumba = Tuch
Lambos < Krebs
Kähkönen > nothing
2022 1st round pick MIN = 2022 1st round pick VGK
2023 2nd round pick MIN > 2023 2nd round pick VGK - 2023 3rd round pick BUF
2022 3rd round pick MIN > nothing
Still all Sabre ACGM's would not make it.
The bottom line, everyone over values their prospects.
EDIT: let me add, if that trade was offered to Karmanos, he would probably take the pick and Nemeth.
