Ghost has figured out a way to be productive - maybe Chychrun should take it easy with the low percentage shots from the point and instead set up his teammates in high danger areas.

I don’t think Chychrun is a scrub, he’s just one of the more overrated defenseman in the NHL because he shot 10% last season. His offensive metrics were boosted because of his shooting, now that he’s not scoring goals he’s has a negative impact offensively. These are facts.

Beauvillier has 44 points in his last 69 games and produces when it matters - and then you're adding in Raty and a top 10 pick in an extremely deep draft. All for a defenseman who would be lucky to play 50 games next season. This trade makes the islanders worse, you literally have a washed up 33 year old josh Bailey on the 2nd line with Bellows who is also extremely slow.

Ghostisbere had good numbers last season - if Lou took on Ghost along with a 2nd rd pick, it would have been a great move. Not much term, elite puck mover , solid on the Powerplay.
