That’s what I thought. Never saw anything in terms of statements or even rumors.

if cassidy was relieved as coach krejci might come back, seems he had an issue being "2c" and never getting a fair look with pastrnak

Yeah I read that too. It is unfair when you think about it.

Other B's always tried to tell me that Krejci could let play together because they had no chemistry, despite me point out they had good numbers together. Funny now to see the comments from Krejci about how playing Pastrnak worked for them and the team when he was given the chance. For a Tema that has been looking for depth scoring for years, I never understood why they could just put the David's together and find a 3rd guy to compliment the line. We see how Smith can compliment Bergeron/Marchand so they could have slid Pastrnak down

Q to All?:
Does Krejci have to go through NHL-waivers if he "un-retires"?

Could you imagine how difficult it would be to defend against Marchand-Bergeron-Smith and then Hall-Krejci-Pastrnak? Makes last years playoff run more successful imo. Not sure that we would have gotten past Tampa but we would have probably made at least the conference finals.

You guys are talking in circles. No matter how you align that top six it is still the same top six getting the same results in last years "playoff run". One player compliments a line while the other helps drive a line. What is added to one line is just taken away from the other no matter how you slice it. Don't be fooled by the Bruins taking the Isles to 6 games last year. Game 6 was a whipping that the Bruins had no answer to. They were just not good enough to go any further.

its not though, you have to defend hall-krejci-pastrnak alot different than hall - krejci - smith imo. bergeron and marchy are still dangerous by themselves, theyve proven that for almost 10 years now.

I am going to agree to disagree. Bergeron and Marchand have been good for 10 years and have aged well but they became dangerous in 2016-17 when Pastrnak joined them and the Perfection Line was formed. They are really good but not the same without him. I'm all for Pastrnak playing with Hall, it makes him better but it does come with a "cost". Just wish we had a Krejci clone available to the Bruins this year!
