Leafs pass on both.

Their high impact ELC players are more valuable to them because of their cap situation. & acquiring Chychrun only blocks Sandin's development (which he led the league in expected goals for by defenceman at the time of his injury) so it doesn't make much sense to go after someone when they already have their top 4 left handed defence set

I think both teams say no.

Dallas is probably looking for picks + prospects for klingberg.

Arizona would want more value to come back in the trade.
