Don't see Philly doing that. Given the situation with his QO DeBrusk is likely a rental wherever he ends up, Frederic is a cap dump more than anything else and a lone 1st probably doesn't get it done

Okay, so you don’t know who trent frederic is. How can a contract that can be buried with no penalty a cap dump? Were you mixing him up with someone else?

Taking a contract spot for a player with very little likelihood of being an NHL mainstay is a dump in my eyes, not necessarily a cap dump.

He is an NHL mainstay, for a team deeper than the flyers.
