The 1st and 2nd tracks, but the rest of the package is poo poo. Other teams will offer much better prospects than Amirov and the other two pieces I assume or just for salary dumps.

Even if it is a fair, it's rather horrid for the Leafs. LHD is not a position of need of strength for the Leafs. Silly to give up assets for a LHD. Even if Leafs have to trade Ritchie with the sweetener of a second., Dermot is an NHL Dman at 3.1m cheaper than Chychrun, Leafs need the cap and hopefully the cost efficiency of Amirov and. the first rounder. Just not cost efficient in the future.

0% chance a deal would include BOTH of Sandin and Niemela. It's more likely to include Sandin and lower prospect than Niemela. More like;

Toronto Maple Leafs
Chychrun
Arizona 2023 3rd

Arizona Coyotes
Sandin
Knies
Toronto 2022 1st round pick
Toronto 2023 2nd round pick (turns into a 1st if Toronto wins the cup)

I think Dubie goes the much cheaper route adding Braun and/or Colin Miller. Especially Miller since he's a Soo Greyhound alumni. So are Campbell, Bunting, Ritchie, Sandin and Muzzin by the way.

Possibly. But people keep trying to compare this to Eichel. This is not even close. Chychrun is a young elite defenseman. Heathy. On an amazing contract. This will cost an arm and a leg.

That's not an Eichel comparison. That's very similar to what Chris Pronger was dealt for from Edmonton to Anaheim. Don't tell me he's worth more than Pronger or you're just kidding yourself

Look what Muzzin costed a few years ago. With only 1 year of term. And Muzzin was not Chychrun.
I’m sorry but this is going to be a massive haul Arizona gets for this kid.

If you don't think what I listed is a massive haul then I think you don't know what you're talking about. It was a young NHL roster player that at the time of his injury led all NHL defenceman in expected goals for, a top 6 forward prospect, and possible 2 1st round picks. Chychrun won't return more than that

I’m not really sure what you’re arguing here man. Are you saying Pronger, a trade that happened over 15 years ago and just barely into the salary cap era is something that is relevant to use as a comparison today? I’m lost here.
