This team needs a culture change and that starts with Scheifele and/or Wheeler.
Jets need a new voice and leadership in the room

The more I think on that Schmidt for Severson trade that’s been bandied about, the more I warm up to it.
Then trade Scheifele to improve the top 6 RW.

My post may have been misleading...I in no way want things to stay the course, I think changes should be made as well, just not confident that there will be any major shake ups. Hence the reason for the title and keeping the roster basically the same.
