Blues offer is the best by far but they won’t do it if Thomas is involved it’s a no go

You can sound the homer alarm but I wouldn't do Thomas for Chych 1 for 1. 2.8m this year and next and just scratching the surface of his potential. Should sign him 8x8 as soon as possible and enjoy having a 1C for the next decade.

I initially had it as Hofer, Perunovich, and 1st, but I wasn’t sure if ARI would take that.

Florida doesn't have the cap space, Hornqvist would have to go the other way, even then they'll be tight to the cap. LA makes a ton of sense.

Hard no from STL on this one. Scandella needs to go in a Chychrun deal to make the cap work, and Thomas makes this FAR overbalanced to Arizona. More likely the Blues would add a prospect like Bolduc and another draft pick -- they aren't going to deal a roster guy that Chychrun doesn't immediately replace. I realize that this makes a Blues deal more unlikely, but that's as much as they are going to go.

Blues offer is the best. Thomas is a stud.

While I don't think there's a single team in the league that wouldn't want Chychrun, Brodin has been incredible playing top pairing minutes so there isn't much of a need for Chychrun. If we're giving up a package like this, it needs to be for a top line center.

Thomas is not available. As noted, the Blues wouldn't trade him for Chych straight up.

Florida trade: Good top 6 player for now and future, potentially high risk prospect with not a lot of nhl experience

Minnesota trade: Proven top 6 player could compliment a top line or strengthen a second line, generally lower risk prospect that looks to have good potential

St. Louis trade: proven top 9 player having a good start to season and potentially most upside of all players, puck moving dman who's been successful in the A and promising start to NHL

Although Thomas has more potential upside than Fiala, at this point they are close to wash so if it's me i'd take Minnesota trade, I think Lambos has more upside than Peronovich

Replace Thomas with Neighbors/Bolduc + Kostin and the value is probably good there
