Making 23-24 work with Palat

Description
It's not pretty but it works.

How I see this:
- Bit of an underpay on Palat (starting in 22-23), but he gets ~the same AAV and term through Kucherov's deal.
- Salary accrual eventually allows 22 player roster.
- PEB is still top notch defensively. Only re-sign if he continues his play into 22-23.
- Koepke is the real deal in my opinion.
- 3C is a bit of a weak spot with Somppi, but I think he'll suffice until a hypothetical TDL add.
- No Way we can keep Colton without moving McDonagh, but I'd rather have McDonagh.
- Barre-Boulet can be replaced with any depth piece if he never learns defense or is claimed on waivers in 22-23.

    Unless McDonagh agrees to waive his NTC that's the plan. I would not entertain a buyout.

    I think 6x6 is fair for Sergachev and Cirelli. Maybe a little less than they want, but they can still make money on their next contracts because they won't be well into their 30s. I would make Cernak's deal 8 years though

    If Cernak wasn't showing durability issues, I'd lock him up to 8 years at this AAV in a heartbeat.

    Once again, why move seabrook? Putting him on LTIR gives tampa an extra 7 mil
