Description

Rathbone will never get the ice time he needs playing behind Hughes and OEL so I traded him. Ideally, I'd trade him for a young RHD but it would seem that no one is willing to trade those.
Domi and Horvat are BFF's and were great together in the OHL, he signs a team friendly deal to play with Horvat again.
And there's cap space incase Hamonic comes off LTIR.

Definitely don't trade Rathbone, he'll be fighting for a regular spot next season and I'm willing to bet he will get it, he was so close to making it this season already and the guy has an undeniable level of talent

That's the thing, he's currently developing to be a more complete defender, so he can take up more of Huggy's and OEL's minutes and relieve some of the burden on them
