Description

We have way too many good prospects who will be nhl level soon. At forward, Othmann and Cuylle are lighting up the ohl and look nhl ready as of next year. We have no lw spots for them right now. Barron, looking like a good hardworking middle 6 center. probably wont play over guys like rooney or goodrow. Pauj, his shot is wicked. best shot ive seen other than stamkos and ovi. He wont be able to play over gaut or reeves likely. Gettinger doesnt get his shot with better prospects like othmann and cuylle but hes not one to be overshadowed. Richards again isnt the better prospect at c than Barron but he is also solid. Now we move to goalie. Wall could be a backup but rangers probably go with known goalie Keith Kinkaid. Now defense... our biggest problem. We have way too many solid young d. Lindy Fox Trouba and Miller take the top 4. Prospects like Jones Robertson Schneider Lundkvist and Reunanen have to fight it out for the last 2 spots. Plus a veteran presence is something a bottom pair wants so even more likely all fighting for 1 spot. We have no space on the right side as Fox Trouba take the top 2 no doubt. Schneider and Lundkvist have to fight for it and I feel like whoever rangers favor more stays and the other is packaged for playoff push. Lhd is less of a problem as Lindgren Miller and Jones are likely the mix for it. Robertson and reunanen need more time so they could be in the AHL. We will be amazing in a few years and this team will win multiple cups.
