Can't see NSH giving up a top end prospect like Tomasino for overpaid depth like Bailey (who's still signed for 2 more years). I like Mayfield a lot, but NSH already has a solid top 4 D. Preds would be interested in Mayfield, but for a pick and lower prospect

Bailey is steep for second line/third line winger but he was a past 70 point player and definitely still has 60 point potential in a better offensive system. Mayfield has a very cheap deal which fits Bailey in the deal who’s slightly overpaid I think a 2nd and a potential top 6 player for a top6/9 offensive player and a very good cheap 4-5th d man is a pretty even deal

Can't see NSH having interest in Bailey at any price. Mayfield is fine but NSH doesn't have a spot for him. The only way Tomasino could possibly be available would be as part of a package for a superstar player.

I think they’d benefit from Bailey in a playoff run heavily he’s still can be solid top 6 winger but looking back at the trade I’d probably do Evangelista instead of Tomasino I think it’d be a lot more even

Horrid trade for the preds, tomassino is a class, top end prospect, they would never give him up

I dont think they give him up, he’s another great prospect and will probably be an NHL’er next year
