Trotz had to wait 9 round before giving Whalstrom a chance at the shootout and he buried the first chance he got. Only goal scored, game over.

This isles team is the most frustrating team ive ever watched. Tonight I had to watch the entire 4th line play on the powerplay . Parise , Bailey and Scott mayfield got ice time in OT , Chara gets top pair minutes. I mean what're we doing here lol.

Specialist players: If there are 14 players make it (per division) to the all star game, specialist invitees aren't really necessary but it wouldn't hurt to have them
Alumni vs Celebs: If there aren't enough celebs that can play hockey, then have a mix of celebs and NHL legends in a game (with a draft to decide the teams). Or have celebs coach the all star teams.

I still think specialists are good, I want to see Chara take a slapshot even though he sucks now. I’d love to see Zegras vs. Patty Kane in the skills competition even though neither really deserve to be full all stars. Celebs being assistant coaches is a good idea, the players don’t really need proper coaching in an all star game and it’ll be cool to see them there, maybe mic’d up.

Hes basically the second coming of Rittich who was a Czech League UFA and played against men. Would not surprise me if his numbers were solid on a more defensive team. Still he was able to beat the Blues and shutout the Jets before stopping us so right there thats an accomplishment

He never really played an AHL game so I wouldnt say the Coyotes have an AHL tendy.

Now if it was Prosvetov or Kornear were the tandem against us then yes we would have lost to an AHL tandem

But that didnt happen so in my eyes we lost to a true NHL Goalie

I mean he’s an NHL rookie with a below average save percentage AFTER those big games. Being the second coming of Rittich makes him journeyman backup calibre, capable of a big game every once in a while but overall average in a good year. He’s not that great, and he’s definitely not starter calibre. He might not be as bad as Montembeault but he’s also not a top 40 goalie in the NHL.
