Are they that desparate though? Iirc max Pacriocetty was going to ltir probably till the playoffs whic would clear space for Eichel.

First of all, where did you get that idea? Last I heard he was week to week. You can't just stow anyone on LTIR for any reason for any length of time. Besides, they also have Martinez on LTIR, and he's supposedly now ready to come off as soon as he's over COVID.

I can't see buffalo touching this. If they are gonna retain, and I mean if, something nice is coming back. It's not enough, the winds aren't blowing that way (the owners are sick of losing money, here they are buying a 4th and a 6th, the market isn't favorable- who is actually selling cap space right now?

I would do Keane and Cotton to Vegas to give them 2 older prospects that can pass through waivers without an issue and can play on the roster with no issue.
