Trading Miller for Forsberg would be pretty pointless. They are basically the same age and will probably cost the same amount of money. Also production is very similar.

Rangers decline, Schneider is looking like an absolute steal and not worth some guy like Miller

“Some guy like JT Miller” that some guy has been consistently top 15 in scoring in the NHL but I guess he’s just some guy I guess

I agree it’s a little much but teams go ape wild for rentals. Toronto traded a first round pick for like 10 games of Nick Foligno. The Bolts traded a first for Savard. JT Miller is a quality player and will definitely bring back a massive haul if he’s traded

I mean if we can get positive value back for miller and help out the team i'd be all in to do this

It would probably have to be Lapierre instead of Iorio. If the Canucks trade Miller, its gonna be to stock the cupboards

No because of his development in the AHL, and the 2 games he has played.

ya but you see rangers wouldn't even move schneider for eichel what makes you think they will move him for miller. no offence but eichel is much better then miller and is also much younger so schneider just isn't gonna happen

Consistently top 15 in scoring in the NHL? Ok, which years did he finish in the top 15 in scoring? Answer is None. Is he top 15 right now in the league? Answer is No. The closest he ever got was 17th in 19-20. How does that equate to CONSISTENTLY TOP 15?

Little ridiculous that it would cost more. I guess I'll just see myself out.

JT is averaging a point per game. How many players in the league average that?

He only has 11 goals. Pavel Buchnevich, who is another former ranger that is averaging point per game, went for a 2nd and a bottom 6er.

Blais was exactly what we were looking for in the bottom 6 that helped the turn around. 2nd rounder is a nice deadline chip and not handcuffing our selves to Buch entering his 30s is probably the best move. Obviously we had hoped Kravtsov would have taken his spot but that might have to wait until next year.

The biggest problem with this post is the signing of Klingberg and Forsberg to giant long term contracts. No thanks. Just keep Miller, he's the best player in all the trades.
