The biggest problem with this post is the signing of Klingberg and Forsberg to giant long term contracts. No thanks. Just keep Miller, he's the best player in all the trades.

that's just how contracts are these days
players only sign to giant long term contracts lol

REALLY don't want Klingberg at all. Guy can't play defense.

Forsberg is interesting but at that price I'd rather keep Miller.

“Some guy like JT Miller” that some guy has been consistently top 15 in scoring in the NHL but I guess he’s just some guy I guess

Miller is not a top 15 scorer and being a good player at his age for only the last two and a half years is most certainly not the measure of consistency.

Besides that the Rangers don’t have the cap space next season to acquire Miller and resign Strome. So the Rangers would also be indirectly including Strome in your trade proposal as well. Not to mention the Rangers are not trading Schneider, unless a team ridiculously overpays for him.

If you’d like to sign players to your team, select “2022-23” from the drop-down menu.

When we traded for him, he was a solid top 9 player would put up 50ish points a season. Since we traded for him, he’s been an absolute beast averaging a point per game for the last three years so yes, definitely worth more than we trade for him

He’s been a very good player his whole career. He’s really broken out when given a bigger role on the team. I’m not sure how being the most consistent scorer on the Canucks while averaging a PPG since he joined the team is mot a measure of consistency. Also you’re right, he isn’t top 15 in scoring, he’s top 17…

It would be just Schneider for Miller straight up. Hard to see how Canucks would decline that.

Schneider looks like a decent prospect and in a position of need for the Canucks. But Miller is one of the top scorers in the NHL, a leader and a game breaker with intangibles. He will not be traded for an unproven prospect. I believe Canucks would decline a 1-for-1 trade.
