Description

One trade to check all the boxes.
- backup with playoff experience and good numbers this year
- winger for Geno who can score and has cup final experience
- Radulov is having the worst sh% mark in his career by a mile and has been a plus player every year until this one and is basically a 20 plus goal scorer per 82 games in every season. Is also Russian so maybe that will make Geno happy to have someone to talk with.
- Gives us 4 dangerous lines
- Get rid of Zucker's contract next year to make space for all the UFA's
- Have unreal depth at every position
- Don't have to mortgage the future

What exactly does Dallas get out of this trade?

A cap dump
A backup goalie they don’t really need.
A pick and a prospect that will likely never play in the NHL.

You literally state why Dallas doesn’t do this trade in your description. If you don’t want Zucker on the books next year why should we?
