Team Explanation
With him essentially needing to start his rehab from scratch;

The chat Gorton had with him was probably something along the lines of "Alright, take the year off and get right. We'll try to rework/retool this roster moving forward into next year."

In other words, here comes another Reset ;'(

I've seen variations of this trade too many times, and NSH isn't trading L'Heureux in any of them.

I dont think this is right. MTL could also tell Price to take his time, since there is no reason to rush him. They are dead last. They will not make the playoffs and have no reason to go for wins, so give Price as much time as he needs. I think a retool/rebuild is the direction that is needed.

I don't see NSH as a team looking to trade their prospects right now. Just not the right team if that's what you're looking for.

The point of him coming back this year was to trade him at the deadline for pennies on the dollar and finally start a full blown rebuild. Not one of these dinky dunk half assed retools again

Sharks would do that trade 1 for 1. NYR laugh at you and block your number.

I still think that is the case though. Trading Price was never gonna be easy.. but it seems like more of an offseason kind of move.

The difference between a MTL 4th and SJS 3rd is negligible

The sharks are giving up a 3rd here, they wouldn’t do that.

But yet, you think they'll do Kravtsov for Lehky 1 for 1? Interesting

The sharks 3rd will most likely be 12-15 spots ahead of a MTL 4th. Like I said, so insignificant it's not even worth talking about

Harris >>>> Jones
But Harris either sign with MTL or walks and sign with BOS

Harris has 0.54 ppg in the NCAA and Jones has 0.77 ppg in the AHL

Harris was 1 ppg in the NCAA last year but NorthEastern lost all their key players at forwards, this year they are winning games 1-0 2-1 and Harris plays over 30 min every nights.

It’s not all about points…. especially for defence men.

No thank you. I don’t see the oilers trading for Kulak. We need a top 4 defence man, not a bottom pair..maybe we could do a trade for Edmundson…
