Would gladly retain 1.25m on Murray. Can't say it would make too much sense for Edmonton seeing as theyre giving the pick up and Koskinen's on an expiring deal but Murray was decent in 2016 so Holland, be my guest.

Murray (at 4.5 AAV) for Koskinen would actually be a good bet for Edmonton. I have been saying that Murray would do pretty well behind a proper structured NHL defense (which is not clear for Edmonton though but absolutely dreadful in Ottawa)

2 problems though :

- has a hard time staying healthy... hard to get in a groove when constantly back from injury

- if he doesn't work out for Edmonton, Edmonton has 2 years left... I guess they could buy him out but that'd be dead cap.

The big problem they have is they don't have any room to try out possible solutions.
