You're really reaching on Giroux's value. He's having a good year, but no one is giving up a first and a top prospect in their system for him.

Aim lower.

taking Rask's contract is helpful and all, but not enough for MIN to swallow the rest of the deal. MIN can't resign Giroux, and MIN needs the youth contracts to get them through the next 3 years meaning guys like Rossi, Boldy and Addison won't be traded

Good luck with your fantasy! Minnesota doesn't need it want trash nate Thompson and his contract. Minnesota doesn't need you to take on Rask contract this year because cap isn't an issue this year!
You are getting a late 1st and top prospect from contender/ championship team like Tampa! To think you are getting Marco Rossi is a fantasy. Wild will trade greenway as a piece in trade for better player but will not add a 1st
