Description

I'm afraid I'm not as familiar with the Blue Jackets' and Islander's needs, let me know if I'm significantly off in the value.

I thought Jenner, Domi, Boyd, and Paul all had great characteristics that could make for a more exciting bottom 6 and make the Oilers better on the PK.

Chychrun because he's rad and Dermott because he's cheap, can move the puck, and Toronto has a surplus of D.

2. They just named him captain. He's in Columbus for a few years

Don’t think there’s any way Keith waives his no trade for Ottawa.

Funny part is I thought the 2nd was for Paul and the 4th & 5th were for Keith. Either way I think there could be something there. Maybe if you separate the trades? But the fact that Keith is only 1.5m in real money is reason enough to think Ottawa would at least listen.

”Gets rid of an extra year on Varlamov’s deal…”, you make it sound like he’s a cap-dump. It’s the other way around! - Koskinen is a cap-dump and Varlamov is still a really good goalie, there is no incentive for the Isles to do this.

Thanks! I had missed that he signed an extension, my bad. Are the blue jackets re-tooling, or are they looking for mostly draft capital in trades for Korpisalo and Domi?

Korpisalo isn't worth his cap hit and is worse than Koskinen. Why are you trading for him??
