youre sending back a player the sharks arent high on and asking the stars to retain for only a 2nd. idk doesnt seem likely but you never know. carter went for pretty cheap last tdl but his numbers werent nearly pavelskis either.

He’s a clutch playoff performer scoring at OVER a PPG this season. He should fetch close to Hertl value.

Labanc still has potential but has terrible trade value and the 2nd isn’t close at all especially if you’re asking Dallas to retain 2.5M.

You’re just saying his age matters cause you want him to be this cheap.

Considering the terrible offers for Hertl this seems in line.

Dallas isn't making the playoffs, retention is moot for them
