I mean your 2 leading grit Dman are either concussed or have Covid...

Rielly and Brodie were the only good pairing tonight

Dermott-Biega pairing was awful. Even Marincin-Barrie was better

Sandin-Liligren not ready for top 4 and made to many mistakes

Leafs need Muzzin back soon as even when he wasnt healthy he still proved more reliable

What I find annoying is that the players who were physical on a different team lose that aspect of the game when they join the Leafs. Where is Muzzin's physicality, his game is a lot different then he was with the Kings. Where is Simmonds physicality like when he was with the Flyers? Clifford? Nick Ritchie?

guess the leafs shouldnt trade for any more physical players because clearly they stop playing physical here, which is totally not a thing you made up

NHL is cracking down on over physicality calling it interference. Or heck when physical guys go for a check 90% of the time its called now. Its like the league is prompting softness sometimes.

Back when those guys played in their primes the NHL allowed for more physicality but now they just want the guys playing more than hitting

But in general losing Muzzin who had 75hits this season and Holl with 57 (132 hits) was noticed

As other than those two you got Sandin with 52, Rielly with 40, Brodie with 16 and Liligren with 21 or 129 total

Like 2 guys had more hits combined then 4 of the other Dman

nope, leafs are super tough, you said it yourself. Rielly bounced back up from a hit and went to fight.

Not really and it’s not like Dubas is great with trades anyways. The kadri trade is one of the worst trades of the last 5 years

By then Leafs will have added to their blue line

If all goes well Mark Giordano could be a leaf after the deadline

And with Muzzin oh boy is that gonna be a dangerous pairing
