Ottawa isn't giving up a pick in that deal, and should be getting one that is much higher back.

Dadonov has a 10-team no-trade clause -- so why is he waiving to go from a top playoff team to ARI? Not gonna happen.

Gustavsson is Ottawa’s goalie of the future and will be backing up in Ottawa on a one way next year.

A backup goalie with okay numbers that you just signed in the off-season doesn’t net you anyones top goalie prospect, definitely not with a pick attached to it.
