Ristolainen doesn’t get that kind of return, Cold stove pod mentioned Phili asked for Newhook in a Giroux trade already and got shot down, and you would trade Provorov for a rental?

Jets decline.
Risto is not an upgrade on anything we have now and that’s an overpayment for him.

I don't think that Kevin Cheveldayoff has the same opinion of Risto's value as Fletcher did.

Why does the highest-scoring team in the NHL need rental Giroux?

Is that really Konecny’s value? I’ve seen people say he is worth more.

Winnipeg has no need for Ristolainen so there is no chance they give up anything for him, never mind a 1st.

You might get a 4th for Risto. The jets were one of the teams interested in Risto in the offseason however I don't think they will be now.

Don’t see oilers moving foegele soo quickly. I’m not sure why keep seeing guys get moved from Edmonton within a year of acquiring or signing to a fresh extension that’s just not the type of stability Holland is trying to build upon.

Just because Philly made a mistake trading for Risto doesn’t mean Chevy will. No thanks
