I wouldn’t trade away Niemelä for a rd rental. He could be something special for Leafs in the future.

You can add about 300% to your TO assessment. This is about 50% more than Chychrun will go for.

Yeah, but I've seen a lot of NJ fans say they need either Niemelä or Voit to trade Severson.

Fans are always the best way to judge value. One of those same fans suggested Severson is worth Nylander in a 1 for 1. So really, are fans a good barometer for value?

Still too much. That's significantly more than Muzzin cost. That is the absolute best Jersey could hope for. The Muzzin return. A 1st and 2 B prospects. This is still a 2nd pair RD, a 1st and two top prospects for a 2nd pair RD. It's a grossly unfair trade
