From the Vesalainen trade, it's still the same story as all the other times it had been suggested. Boqvist doesn't fill a need or want for Winnipeg, so the Jets will just keep the younger player with better pedigree.

But who would be the goalies? Skinner can't play every game, and Smith is a band-aid. Skinner-Konovalov. Then you're paying a 2nd, which if possible to move would be an overpayment. If we miss the playoffs, the value of that 2nd looks a lot sweeter.
