That's the price for him, and 3 teams are begging the habs to acquire him. Rangers are obviously one of them they have been high on him forever

Eh, I think Lucius + 1st for Toffoli might be enough. I really like Lucius. But jets are in win now mode and you need to sacrifice quality to get quality. Gustafsson is an interesting piece because he’s been hurt as of recent but looked solid before the injury in the AHL. If gus could be taken out I’d do Lucius + the picks for Toffoli.

Jets desperately need to add a top 6 RH winger. This checks that off. I’m trying to take the mindset of the team, they’re in win now mode. You gotta give quality to get quality.

I choose neither. We already have too many LW's. In fact, we have so many that some of our RW's are LW's playing their off-wing. We're better off keeping the assets and either standing pat or trying to acquire a center.

Keep him then, not trading two 1sts and a 2nd for Toffoli and I can pretty confidently say Chevy would never make that deal.
