Risto doesn't improve the Leafs defence (over Dermot), And Ritchie's dump doesn't cost a first and third. Doubt if Oilers want Mrzarek's cap long term. And why would the Leafs want to depend on Woll to play a lot in the very busy upcoming schedule.?

I was going to say that Dermott's value is somewhere around a 2nd or 3rd and Risto's is around the same so giving up a 1st in the deal for Toronto makes no sense, but you beat me to it lol. BTW this is coming from a Habs fan who would love to see Toronto give up a 1st for Risto lol

Risto is bad, yes he is physical, but that's it. Toronto is better to trade for a guy like Lyubushkin, it will be more useful.

i don't think edmonton considers mrazek with how he is playing. They are in huge cap hell already with buyouts they don't gamble on anybody who isn't playing well now.
