Palmieri isnt a top 6 option anymore and i dont really see how a 27-29-12 line will work. A line with lee and nelson needs a guy with a high motor who's just flying around the ice doing things, getting to pucks, forechecking, making opposing defenseman a little hesitant to jump up in a play. We need an up and down style guy on that line and bailey just isnt that. Im also hoping a 12-44-21 line can get palmieri going.
You see everyone thinks we need more goal scorers, i disagree. We already have wahlstrom palmieri nelson lee bellows on the team. We need more beauvilliers on this team. Possession players that just buzz around the ice making plays and most of all get to pucks. I know martin hasnt been good but casey and especially cal the reason theyve looked so good is bc theyre never going from 0 to 60. They start off at 60 and just fly around the ice. They get to pucks and make plays.
