WTF stats of the 2021-22 NHL Season
Flyers have had 2 10+ games losing streaks this season
Penguins have won 17 out of their last 19 games
Chris Kreider is on pace for 57 games this season. He's never gotten over 30 goals in a season (before this season)
Panthers have 9 players with 25 or more points this season. In context, Canadiens have 0.
Islanders are tied for the league best in goals against but are last in goals for


How about Colorado is the first team to have 5 40 point players by the mid season mark since Lemioux's 96 Penguins...

According to Pierre LeBrun, the Canucks would only be interested in moving Miller for 3-4 prospects or high value assets

Yeah but see that's how this gets 'justified' in time across all sports unfortunately.

"Idiot Guy-x" goes out of line/is a d*ck (x1, x2, x3 times etc. etc).
Time passes.
Usually a club then gets desperate (management/players) suk (or in NFL recently it was the opp. - Brady/Bucs looking to load-load up).
They then "justify" it of course...
"Idiot Guy-x" then manages to get some quality minutes, scores a few goals, gets a game winner here, a hatty there, and he's back to being an asset.

Numbing move...
