Fair enough
From a very optimistic vantage point, yes it is possible to see these returns.
A team that needs help winning face offs and PK
Eakin could be very valuable. Colorado PK is running at 75% and they are winning only 47% of their FO, a
2nd would be nearly a 3rd.
Hayden would add some grit and Jankowski played in 80% of the Pens games last year, so I could see a team offering a
5th for them.
While
Pysyk was a UFA, he did manage to get into 36 games for Dallas last year and finished with +6, if Mike Weber could fetch a
3rd, why not Mark.
Miller has been playing hurt and his offensive stats have suffered which may reduce his value. He is right handed, can skate well, has a hard shot is can defend reasonably well, he is currently worth no more than a third, but if he comes back after the surgery and score as well as he did the first 20 games sure a
2nd is very reasonable.
Hägg has absolutely bowled me over. He hits and blocks shots, same rational as Mike Weber, he could get as much as a
3rd.
Hinostroza success is a carry over from his 17 games with Chicago last year where he potted 4 goals and 12 pts. His output at nearly 0.5pt/gm could easily return a
2nd.
Caggiula IDK how to value him, but I think a
4th would a remarkable.
I sure hope Quinn or Peterka play less than 10 NHL games this year.
On a side note, please do not blame Dell for that horrible performance in Ottawa.
It was without a doubt one of the top 5 worse team efforts this year (the 2 Kraken, 2nd Wings and 2nd Tampa certainly stick out in my mind).
Having Skinner losing a goal, and is my memory correct Thompson missed a wide open net?
Then it went down hill from there.

Look at this Miller trade to TML and rad PalHal comment https://www.capfriendly.com/armchair-gm/team/3020001
