Mrazek is capable of playing and Ken Holland is desperate. You know it's bad when you think of Martin Jones as a serious option

Prince is steep when you want a goalie and Ken Holland thinks Martin Jones is the answer. Leafs won't sell off Mrazek for cheap

Also, look at what Arizona is doing with Vejmelka, they aren't selling him. He has a 6-16-1 record with a .901 save %, which isn't very good, but they want to re-sign him. Edmonton will have a lot of trouble looking for a goalie

Any goalie in the whole world is capable of playing, What a goalie should be capable of is stopping pucks. Mrazek has been horrendous and atrocious for the Laughs so far and you want a 1st and 3rd. tears of joy
I'd take Jones anyday before Mrazek

They are actually about equal to both of our goalies. Mrazek can do better Smith can do better koskinen can do better. if mrazek was our goalie we would be looking for another goalie. Signing both goalies was a mistake and mrazek looks like a continuation of that.

Edmonton isnt going to land a big free agent goalie and nobody is trading a legit .918 goalie so they are just going to have to choose one of Ville Husso, Georgiev, Vanachek, spencer martin get them on a cheap contract and hope they develop.

So Kerfoot isn't in the realm of a first but Chiarot is? Teams will be lining up for Kerfoot if he was ever made available, a 40 point player doesn't come in for cheap

1) Who said anything about Chiarot? I don't think he's worth a 3rd
2) Dmen are always in higher demand come the deadline.

I'd say he's worth a 3rd + solid prospect to a 2nd depending on the market and the situation of the team trading for him.

Kerfoot is on pace for 58 points, and plays a strong defensive game.
He can PP and PK, too.

Not a great play driver, so the numbers say.

But he does just about everything else.

Maybe not from PIT, but Kerfoot is easily “in the realm of a 1st”.

You may be right if he was traded last season during the regular season but he is someone who shows up during the playoffs and plays a pest game. His value has easily went up with the season he is having

27 points in 38 games this season playing top 6 and can also play 3C. He's got a year after this on his contract i would say Toronto wont trade him for a first. they might just to free up cap but still.

It’s easy to just say no.

But when you don’t use any sort of knowledge or stats to back it up, your argument fails.

Have a nice day.

I almost got whiplash reading "Spencer Martin" on that list tears of joy I mean, two games is a great story, but buyer be-f*ckin'-ware.

They have the same save %. Koskinen has a higher GAA but that's more of a indicator of how many shots he's facing a night if their save % are the same.

There's no compelling reason for the Oilers to consider this, by the his stats are better logic they just let Koskinen walk and go with Stuart Skinner since his stats are better than Mrazek. There is however a lot of incentive for the Leafs to unload Mrazek since Campbell looks pretty legit and they'd probably like to resign him.

You want, you got it... For comparison I chose our own Danton Heinen who's on pace for 15 points less than Heinen, but still 18G which is significant and more than Keftoot, and he grossly outperforms Kerfoot in every major metric aside from SV% where they're close. It's also totally possible that Heinen pots 20G. So tell me, is Danton Heinen worth a 1st? If not, what's he worth?

EDIT: Hold please. I posted the wrong screen shots. - Correct ones are posted.
