Just say no to VD

Imagine someone will give Philly a 1st for Giroux but it shouldn't be Boston. Take the Hall route and offer a 2nd. Nothing ventured nothing gained.

DeBrusk, Reilly, Studnicka and 2022 2nd for Giroux and Braun. Philly retains on Giroux just enough to get Bruins under cap.
