Formenton is a roster player not a prospect and has been breaking out this year and the exact type of player Rutherford and Boudreau like to have.

Coming into his own in his first full year in the NHL after putting up almost 30 goals, making the all star game and winning the fastest skater on his first pro season in the AHL. He’s almost at least a guaranteed breakaway per game. Dangerous on the pk and starting to get pp time too.
