Description

Seattle has too many LD and the Fleury trade is similar to the return he got last year. I don't see Lou trading for Greiss but that's just to have a backup with NHL experience, I could see that being the return so DET clears some cap space for the deadline.

Detroit isn't going to pay to move our back up goalie, we don't need any cap space.

What the heck is that Detroit trade?!?! We don't even need to move Greiss, let alone PAYING to move him... get outta here...

I agree theres no incentive for detroit to do this but as for the fact of paying to move him if you did want to trade him youd have to pay. Hes been terrible this year.

I didnt say they should, calm the f*ck down. If you read my post you would see i literally said theres no incentive for them to trade greiss. I was only commenting on the part where he said they wouldnt have to pay to move him

He's on an expiring contract and we have a ton of cap space, so his value/cost is irrelevant... it's just a super bizarre take...

Edmonton won't trade for Varlamov without Koskinen going back, they simply don't have the cap space to do this trade otherwise. So that renders the Detroit trade nul and void.
