Ottawa doesn't really have the need for POJ at all. They could get a more valuable return in the form of a pick, which they could actually use. Sens will have in all likelihood, Chabot, Brannstrom, Sanderson and Holden as LHD next year. Brannstrom or Holden will play the off side, but I don't see there being room for Joseph

Im quite confident Lankinen will stay. This season has been tough on everyone and him no less due to injury and covid related absences whilst the majority of his TOI came when JC was at the helm.....

I would decline this offer as I think we can get Lank in on a team friendly cap next season.

I very much agree with you. Extend him to a team friendly deal. Maybe even sign his friend Korpi to a rebound deal and they split time.

mmm thats an idea I can get behind. Its not a cup winning tandem but its probably what we need as a team next year. Cost effective also

Right now Lankinen is a later move to DeSmith.

No way Dallas makes that move. They're easily getting a 1st to start the convo.

You can have Paul but it will cost you a 2nd.

As mentioned above, Ottawa has no real use for POJ as, when taking Sanderson in to account, he wouldnt slot in ahead of any of the LD currently on the roster.
