A Philly naif insisted to me that Arthur Kaliyev and LA's 2022 first for a quarter-season of Ristolainen made sense for the Kings. When I told him that we wouldn't trade either for Risto, let alone both (which I think is a VERY mild response), his justification was "LA can afford it" and "LA will need a defenseman before the deadline to stay in a playoff spot."
