MTL won't taking back Kassian. Stop plz

Not a fan of this deal tbh. I think the Habs could get pretty much the equivalent in picks without taking back long-term cap.

Decent, I really like the Isle trade, but im not sure Montreal would take Kass back on that one. Moving Barrie, Kass, & Maybe even Yamo at some point before next season is probably the way to free up enough cap space next season to sign the guys we need to get resigned.

Stop with the Barrie to Isles trades, he is not a Trotz type player and would be a disaster. Isles are also not interested in moving Mayfield. The only trade to make would be Varly and that probably won’t happen as Isles reporters stated this week teams have inquired about him but Lou is not giving on the season and trading him.

HABS traded Zack Kassian after he crashed his pick-up with the coaches daugther (Therrien) in the passenger seat. Got traded that same week

If you want the Canadiens to take Kassian, you're going to need to add a really good piece. Like, even if he didn't leave Montreal in the worst way possible, Chiarot is probably worth at least a 2nd+ on his own and Kassian has negative value and Montreal doesn't have roster space for him.

I like Barrie, but Isles have no use for him.
