I think we could get something like a 1st round pick and a decent prospect for both.

Then based on that, my guess is we would need Schneider instead of Lundkvist to make this work.

But, everytime I speak of Schneider, Rangers' fans are turning me down at lightning speed. smile

I think that your team is OK on the D side offensively. Your target should only be Pavelski. He is pure money in the PO and would help your young kids. Just look at what he is doing with Robertson in Dallas.

Schneider has proven that he is fully capable of being a top pairing defenseman. No reason for the Rangers to give up additional assets that can be used elsewhere for a position we are doing fine in.

Rangers decline. Klingberg would be a luxury and is not a need. Also wouldn't need money retained on him.

Pavelski we would be interested in.
