Nah, all you have to do is watch Chiarot and also check our his advance stats. The eye test and the stats show he's been utterly horrible this year. He's talked up like he's a major deal and gets credit for last year's run but doesn't deserve any of the praise. It's not a fair trade, it's delusional nonsense.

Nah, frieds was straight up speculating. Used words like "i think' etc. He's never been good at analysis but has sources. If someone said something to him legit he'd say so. He always says "i think" connecting any number of guys to the leafs every year and very very very few come even close to happening

Any gm who has any comprehension of stats is gonna stay far away from chariot. We know dubas knows how they work and that's one of the reasons they targetted (and over paid for) foligno. He was really good defensively before he got hurt. That was basically a worst case scenario

It was an overpayment from day one (which you did acknowledge) but I agree Foligno was a good target. I agree the leafs won't get Chairot unless they are desperate.

I highly doubt the Habs are making it to the first round this season let alone r the second....
