The way for Vancouver (in my opinion) to best maximize assets coming back to them is see where you at next year at tdl. If in the mix. Stand pat. If out then deal the sedins seperately. Probably be a better return than together.

Both have NMCs and won't play apart from one another. I also do not know that they waive to go to Carolina but thats a whole other discussion.

Teams can only retain 3 contracts You have 4 with the sedins hansen and luongo. Not even going to discuss the no movement clauses and why they move to carolina
