Do we really need the 6th round pick back ? Just don't bother scouting or going to the draft this year.

I don’t think this package gets you Hertl. My guess is they say drop the 6th and 3rd going either way and add Amirov. Getting Hertl is going to take an overpay from another team, and you have to pay to get rid of Ritchie at this point

I'd do that if Hertl had another year left, I think dropping the 6th mkes sense. essentially making it a 1st, 2nd and mid prospect (Hirvonen) for Hertl. the the third is to dump RItchie, that could be a seperate deal w/ Zona if need be
