So you are trading for Reilly Smith to play on 4th line over connor dewar? Because he's not playing over any other wild wings. Not to mention the cap doesn't work

If trade is made on March 6th or later, then the cap would work, Smith is added to drop the price for stephenson and more useful than rask for playoffs

You are kidding right? Vegas has to trade smith, nobody is lining up to take him off their hands so they can activate eichel.

pagnotta has already said smith is likely going to get a good package, compared the potential deal to foligno

vegas is also not moving stephenson, they have 0 reason to. legitimately one of the best value contracts in the league based of how he's played the last 2.5 years

and why tf would they take a cap dump back

Rask isn't playing. 4th line is duhaime and dewar. When healthy, we have no room for Smith.
