Why LA would trade a high-skill top-six forward under team control for 4-5 more years for a bottom six rental? Add a 1st round pick and LA still says no.

Can’t see a single reason why Vancouver entertains the idea of this trade. Hoglander>Poulin, Miller>Zucker, Boeser>Kapanen. A 2nd round pick doesn’t even out the value, not even close actually
