Zaitsev isn't a piece I see us being too interested in, we have a ton of defenseman.

A top 10-ish pick and a smaller add for Fiala is interesting though. I'd still prefer to keep him but adding another higher-end center like Lambert, Savoie, or Geekie to our pool would be big. Would also give us ammo to move up if there's someone in the top 5 we really like.

I was tinkering with the idea of Fiala for Scheifele or even re-signing Fiala and Minny is in cap trouble . Trading Fiala for futures is probably the best bet

Scheifele makes a ton of sense on paper but I can't see him being a player Guerin has any interest in. He takes so many plays off and that would drive Dean and Billy up the wall. Very skilled player though, obviously.

I think one of Fiala, Dumba, or Talbot will have to be moved in the offseason. My preference is Talbot with the way Kahkonen is playing, but if the right deal came along I think Guerin would move Fiala.
