I don’t mind the Miller trade. It’s steep but it shores up the team’s biggest need for now and the future.

I don’t know that moving Reilly, JD and a puck for Keith (the 3rds cancel out) makes them a better team this year or next. I get that $ needs to be moved out to bring Miller in but I’d rather do it in a way that doesn’t end in pating Keith for the next 2 years

If the Canucks don't get an offer that includes a RHD prospect then this is good value I think. Some team may be able to top it though since the 1sts likely won't be too high.

Vancouver gets a better offer elsewhere, And Duncan Keith chose Edmonton to be close to home.

Def not. Replace the 22 1st with Lysell if anything. I could see Bruins falling off a cliff soon.

Needs a way better prospect that Studnicka to get Miller. Miller is a PPG center with 2 years left. Van asks for lysell or lohrei and if Boston says no then there is no deal to be made. Also boston won't be trading 2 future firsts because not many teams trade consecutive firsts like that. A more appropriate offer would be 1st and lysell and cap dump for Miller.
