Most likely around the 4-6 range in the draft, Buffalo should heavily consider taking RHD Simon Nemec. RD are incredibly difficult to find and it is probably the biggest hole in the #1 prospect system they own.

Other Notes:
Bryson inevitably hits waivers to be sent down to Rochester. A very niche player that I believe in this scenario could very realistically lose his NHL spot to Samuelsson, Fitzgerald, and Miromanov.

With Kahkonen taking one goalie spot, UPL DeSmith and Levi battle for the second. In all likelihood UPL permanently graduating to split with Kahkonen seems the most likely.

It is unlikely that Wild will trade Kahkonen.

Strome is completely unsuitable for Buffalo, it's better to just play Krebs in the center.

This is not good deal with Vegas.

I don't know if Vegas would make that trade but I do like Miromanov. I would be interested in pursuing him as a cheap UFA.

Wild deal is just me trying to play with other goalie options. But understandable

Strome I think could be a stronger center that’s a couple years ahead of the current core like Tuch is. Young enough to be around for a while and be more steady veteran presence for the next wave coming up. Good as well

Idk what else you get for Olofsson, I just don’t see his high value everyone else seems to see. Getting a vet top-6, solid defensive prospect, and a pick should be more than enough

Probably replace Kahkonen with Talbot and it would look realistic.

I just think Strome is not the type of player that Buffalo and Granato need, not the type of center. Probably a player like Andrew Copp would make a lot more sense, this is just an example.

Dadonov doesn't cost much, maybe we could get it cheap. Miromanov more offensive D, maybe just then let's see what we have in Laaksonen? Olofsson still has value and we all know he plays with injury (not sure why), I would look for more useful things for Olofsson. But it's not such a bad deal.

Kaapo kahkonen is essentially our #1 G right now and cheap. We aren't going to trade him
