Still needs some time to show he can be a capable NHL backup. 3 years + RFA is great for Toronto.

The Bulin Woll is coming for Campbell's job ... Mrazek might as well retire right now.

League min for 3 years? Yes, it’s a good signing. 0 risk, decent possibility for reward.

Massive W. He has been very good in his few NHL appearances, recording a shutout in NHL start #3 and is still only 23. Injuries are a concern, but Woll is a very good dude

He gets a good salary in the minors and if he pans out the Leafs get a solid backup at league minimum. Win for both sides.

He had a couple of good games with the Leafs, but I doubt if he is a NHL competent goalie. But good for Woll for securing a contract and the Leafs have a cheap contract if he works out.

He's 23 right now. 24 when the deal kicks in. Lots of room to grow as a player. I think he has a very good chance of being an NHL goalie

Obviously the Leafs think he NHL calibre otherwise they wouldn't have offered that contract especially the last two years minor league salary .
